If you place an order with standard shipping it does not come with tracking. therefore we cannot be responsible for parcels that go missing or do not arrive. To avoid this please select tracking when purchasing your order. Our Team will try and investigate and compensate where they can dependent on circumstances.

Please note all prices are in pounds sterling and so I you are ordering internationally please be aware of this we have a converter on our site which can switch the prices to your desired country

Once you have placed an order it can take up to 2 Days to be dispatched as each order is handmade, once you have received a shipping confirmation this means your order is completed and shipped.

 

If you selected Tracking with your order you will receive a email from our carrier ROYAL MAIL with information about your package please note it can take up to 2 days for the tracking to be updated on the app.

Please Email us or use our live chat if you would like you order  (this applies to custom lashes only) for the next day as dispatch times can vary, if you place your order for next day without getting in touch the item will be shipped out as soon as dispatched with can take up to 2 days, your order will also need to be placed before 10am. if the order is placed at anytime after 10am we cannot guarantee it will arrive the next day !
